Ginger Crinkle Cookie Mix
Remember the wonderful spicy ginger snaps that Grandma used to serve? These cookies can be a soft delicious treat, or cook them a bit longer for crispy "dunkers".
Just add...oil, egg and molasses.Makes about 2 - 3 dozen cookies.
- ¾ cup oil
- 1 large egg
- 5 tbsp molasses
Instructions: Remove bagged sugar from jar. Mix larger amount of sugar with oil in a mixing bowl. Add in egg and beat well. Stir in molasses. Add remaining ingredients from jar. Mix well. Form small balls. Roll in reserved sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350F for 10 – 15 minutes. Remove cookies from cookie sheet immediately.
