Potato Medley Soup

Ingredients:
- 8 cups water
- 2 cups milk/cream
- Optional: 2 cups cooked ham
Remove from jar. Pour remaining contents of jar into large dutch oven. Add water. Stir well. Heat to boiling. Simmer 1 hour with lid on. Add potato flakes and milk.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
