A soft and spicy snap!  These cookies can be a soft, delicious treat or bake them a bit longer for that classic snap!  Great for you "dunkers".


Just add oil, egg, and molasses.


Makes about 2-3 Dozen cookies.

Ginger Crinkle Cookie

  • Ingredients:

    • ¾ cup oil
    • 1 large egg
    • 5 tbsp molasses

    Instructions: Remove bagged sugar from jar. Mix larger amount of sugar with oil in a mixing bowl. Add in egg and beat well. Stir in molasses. Add remaining ingredients from jar. Mix well. Form small balls. Roll in reserved sugar.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350F for 10 – 15 minutes. A little longer for crispy snaps.

    Remove cookies from cookie sheet immediately.
