Cranberry Chip Cookie

Additional Ingredients:

• 1 cup softened butter or margarine

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Put contents of jar, except for brown sugar, into mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, cream brown sugar together with butter. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in rest of ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.

Bake 8 – 10 minutes.

Ingredients: Enriched flour, golden yellow sugar, rolled oats, chocolate flavoured chips (contains sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, cocoa powder, soya lecithin), dried cranberries (contains cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), sodium bicarbonate, salt.
