Additional Ingredients:
Muffin: ½ cup apple sauce
2 large eggs
Milk
Topping: 1tbsp. butter or margarine
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove bag from jar. In a mixing bowl empty jar ingredients, stir, make a well in center. Mix apple sauce and eggs in 2 cup measure, add milk to make 1 2/3 cup, mix well. *Fold into dry mixture until just blended. Fill prepared tins. Mix bag ingredients with butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on muffins.
Bake for 20 minutes.
*(over mixing =tough muffins!)
