Chewy Brownie Mix 
Additional Ingredients: 
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla
Instructions: Pour brownie mix into large mixer bowl and stir. Add butter, eggs, water and vanilla. Stir well. Spread into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350F for 18 to 25 minutes. Cool. 


Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix 
Additional Ingredients: 
1 cup softened butter or margarine 
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Put contents of jar, except for brown sugar, into mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, cream brown sugar together with butter. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in rest of ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.


Chippers Cookie Mix 
Additional Ingredients: 
1 cup softened butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Put contents of jar, except for brown sugar, into a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, cream brown sugar together with butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in rest of ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.

Ginger Crinkle Cookie Mix 
Additional Ingredients: 
3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp oil
1 large egg
5 Tbsp molasses
Instructions: Empty small bag of sugar in a small bowl and set aside. Mix larger amount of sugar with oil in a mixing bowl. Add in egg and beat well. Stir in molasses. Add remaining ingredients from jar. Mix well. Form small balls. Roll in reserved sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes.


Cranberry Chip Cookie Mix 
Additional Ingredients: 
2/3 cup softened butter or margarine
2 eggs
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F. Put contents of jar, except for brown sugar, into mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, cream brown sugar together with butter. Beat in eggs. Stir in rest of ingredients a little at a time. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.


Raisin Bran Muffin Mix 
Additional Ingredients: 
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
1 egg
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, cream milk, butter and egg. Add contents of jar and stir until just mixed. Spoon batter into greased or papered muffin tins to 2/3 full. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in tin 10 minutes.


Spicy Raisin Muffin Mix 
Additional Ingredients: 
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F. Cream milk, butter and eggs. Add contents of jar and stir until just mixed. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins to 2/3 full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in tin 10 minutes.


Beefy Macaroni Soup Mix 
Additional Ingredients: 
.675 kg (1.5 lbs) ground beef
10 cups water
1 can (398 ml) stewed tomatoes
Instructions: Remove macaroni from jar. Brown ground beef in a dutch oven. Add water, tomatoes, and jar contents. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until lentils are tender (about 45 minutes). Add macaroni and cook 10 - 15 minutes longer. Enjoy!


Minestrone Soup Mix 
Additional Ingredients: 
12 cups water
28 oz. crushed tomatoes
Optional: 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions: Remove pasta from jar. Pour remaining contents of jar into large dutch oven. Add water and tomatoes. Stir well. Heat to boiling. Simmer 1 hour or until barley is tender. Add pasta. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer. Enjoy!!


Noodle Soup Mix 
Additional Ingredients: 
10 cups water
10 ounce pkg frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked and diced turkey or chicken
Instructions: Bring water to boil in large dutch oven. Stir in jar contents. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove bay leaf and add vegetables and turkey or chicken. Cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
